Borough officials and Verizon Wireless are working out a plan to put a cellphone tower at the Wanaque Golden Agers senior citizen center on Villa Place.
The center would likely receive some of the rental fee -- along with the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars posts because of an earlier agreement.
The proposed tower is before the Board of Adjustment for bulk and use variances.
