TelePlus World, Corp. (www.teleplusworld.com), a wireless and telecom reseller offering specialized communications products and services in the U.S. and Canada, is pleased to announce Liberty Wireless, Corp. ("Liberty"), a wholly owned subsidiary, signed a Business Development agreement with American MVNO Services, LLC ("American MVNO"), a company that delivers key relationships to ethnic and celebrity niche markets, and offers wireless content delivery systems by serving as a wireless content creator and aggregator.
As part of the Business Development agreement, Liberty and American MVNO are set to launch various voice and data services to targeted under-served groups in key demographics, as well as bring sports and entertainment celebrities closer to their fans by delivering value added, proprietary content directly on handsets.
"This is a key strategic relationship for us," said Marius Silvasan, CEO and Chairman of TelePlus. "American MVNO has established relationships in various markets, including key ethnic groups, sports, entertainment and celebrities, which open many opportunities for us in markets where we are not currently represented. As TelePlus launches its data solution in the upcoming months, American MVNO will be able to provide us with compelling entertainment content."
Jamie Andrews, president of American MVNO, said, "This is a wonderful opportunity. TelePlus and Liberty Wireless are the precise execution partners we have been seeking; they have an MVNO strategy and infrastructure that is very complementary to our strategy, and possess a knowledgeable staff to collaborate with. We look forward to implementing an aggressive strategy as we move forward together to achieve success in our venture."
Rick Liberty, of the American MVNO advisory board, states, "We are very excited and pleased with this agreement as Liberty Wireless, and the whole TelePlus World team, are a great fit for American MVNO. The excellent synergies and complementary business models should accelerate revenue growth for both partners for years to come."
