Mixed Signals Strengthens Engineering & Sales Teams

Continued Growth Emphasizes Commitment to Excellence for Pro-Active Digital Content Monitoring.

Mixed Signals, Inc., the leading provider of digital content monitoring solutions for broadband service providers, today announced that it has enhanced its sales and engineering teams with several new hires, including: Laurie Baker and Colleen Reichert as Sales Directors; Simon Branton-Housley as Sales Engineer; Marcia Kawano as Quality Assurance Engineer; and Daniel Huang as Software Engineer.

The recent additions to the Mixed Signals' team reflect the company's goals of providing the industry's best technology to broadband service providers worldwide. The new team members will help drive continued success for the company.

Sales

Baker brings more than 15 years of sales experience to Mixed Signals. Her previous experience includes senior-level sales positions with Motorola's Connected Home Solutions group and C-COR, Inc., where she managed many of the top 15 cable operators. As a Sales Director for Mixed Signals, Baker will oversee sales and account management activities in the Northeast region of the United States. She will continue strengthening the sales group, while increasing digital monitoring awareness and communication.

Reichert brings 20 years of sales experience in the telecommunications and cable industries. She previously held technical sales positions with C-COR, Inc. and Phillips Broadband Networks. Reichert has worked with the top MSOs selling IP-based hardware and software solutions and HFC distribution equipment. Reichert will oversee Mixed Signals' sales and account management activities in the western region of the United States.

Engineering

Mixed Signals continues to strengthen its engineering group with the addition of three key team members, including Branton-Housley, Sales Engineer, Kawano, Quality Assurance Engineer and Huang, Software Engineer. All have a distinguished track record of engineering excellence and bring more than 17 years of experience to Mixed Signals.

Branton-Housley comes to Mixed Signals from Echostar Communications LLC where he served as Senior Engineering Technician, responsible for designing, maintaining and troubleshooting a nationwide ATM network for video and data traffic. At Mixed Signals, Branton-Housley will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, training customers and installing Mixed Signals' products.

Kawano joins as Quality Assurance Engineer and joins Mixed Signals from Connect3 Systems where she designed high-level test plans and manually executed functional and regression tests of web and Windows applications. Kawano will develop testing framework and structure to support Mixed Signals' real-time, multithreaded broadcast video applications and provide technical leadership in testing to ensure the release of the highest quality products.

Huang joins Mixed Signals as a Software Engineer from Gateway Computers where he was a senior engineer. Huang designed and implemented critical applications for Gateway's latest e-commerce efforts. In his new role, Huang will advance current technology and build next generation digital broadcast video systems.
