Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNSL - News) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38738 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on February 1, 2007 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2007.
